Earl Grey, Organic Black Tea

I'm a big fan of Earl Grey. I mean, the electoral system in the United Kingdom was really not at all effective before 1832--reform was long overdue. If it wasn't for those idiot Tories, we would have had changes much earlier. At any rate, Earl and the Whigs actually listened to the people and eventually pushed reform through. Thank goodness; some of those constituencies were just completely corrupt and had no business being represented! Of course, explicitly disenfranchising women a mistake, but turned out to be a blessing in disguise since it actually helped mobilize the women's suffrage movement.

Yep, I'm sure like everybody else I feel like I'm right there in parliament every time I drink my Early Grey tea!
