Rice, not hide

I have always carried a leather wallet.  Most people say they love the smell of new leather, but I have to say I could not disagree more.  Leather smells like a slaughtered cow to me.  Do you really want that on your conscience?  I don't think so.  So, instead of killing the fattened calf to get your money repository, why not re-use something else.  That's what we've got going on here.  A rice bag turned wallet.  The greatest part is that no rice was harmed to make this wallet.  The rice was consumed first, then the bag re-used.  Now, your wallet can smell like sweet rice instead of nasty hide.
